Children at Reedley Primary School use the Internet on a regular basis as part of their learning.

In school, we have regular ‘Online Safety’ activities to remind children of the importance of keeping themselves safe online. This term we have looked at the importance of passwords and how to keep our passwords protected.

We have thought about:

What passwords are and why they are important

How to create secure passwords.

This term as part of the computing curriculum, Year 3 children have been learning about emails. We began by discussing various communication methods that people may use and which of these would be the quickest or most effective for a specific task.

07/01/26 - todays objectives was all about e-safety and the use of passwords.

14/01/26 - children learnt about the diferent ways of communicating.

21/01/26 - today children learnt how to reply to an email.

We have learnt about the main features of an email and how to compose and send emails.
